Hey!

My name is Demyon and I wanted to thank you for visiting my website. I appreciate you for considering me to assist you in fulfilling your real estate needs. Everything that happens from here on out will forever be on my track record, and by allowing me to assist you in your home buying or selling journey, you will be doing business with someone who is proving themselves in a competitive GA market.

Here's why, let me tell you a little about myself.

I was a college athlete and having this experience taught me the importance of being in a competitive environment. It has shown me the competitive spirit that I have within myself. Only 0.01 percent of high school athletes make it at the college level. The discipline, consistency, drive, and persistence is a unique formula for success that is a must have if you want to be able to play a sport at a high level. The basketball journey was great, but ultimately that formula that I've just described is what I took from my college athlete journey. This skill set that I now have is what I will bring to the table with real estate.

I have 4 years of marketing experience, and I'm confident in my ability to sell and market any product.

The first introduction to marketing came when I discovered that most brands were selling their product online. Commercial, billboard, and direct mailing ads were becoming too expensive; therefore, businesses decided to start investing more money into online marketing. It became a cheaper way to reach a lot of people and still profit. Nowadays with smartphones becoming more of a necessity, it's easier to get your product in front of more people. With that being said, I decided to start learning online marketing and how to market on Facebook and Instagram. I even started my own social media company and named it "Ad-Tation," my first business, which helped me to realize that I didn't know what I was doing.

I cold called small businesses and asked them if they needed assistance with their marketing, wrote emails, and messaged different businesses on Facebook, but nothing worked and I kept on going in circles.

After failing to find a client for at least a month, I discovered that the reason why I kept on failing is because I lacked sales and customer service experience.

This is the case for a lot of people who start businesses. Most businesses fail because of the lack of skill that it takes to be successful in that industry. Sales and marketing is the most important piece to being successful as a business owner. Your product has to be in front of consumers in order for your business to make money. People are your business, and around that time I didn't know how to talk to people. Before then, I spent most of my time playing basketball and playing video games. I didn't like going out and meeting new people because I didn't know how to have a conversation.

May of 2019 changed my life and it was the first time I felt confident in my ability to market and sell.

In that month, I spent most of my time applying for sales jobs and looking for different books that taught sales fundamentals. I came across a book called "How to win friends & influence people." This book taught me how to sell and the art of conversation. I couldn't wait to test my new skillset and couldn't wait to apply this new skill of mine in the real world.

Later on that month, I finally had the chance to apply the new skills that I had. I started working for "New Acquisitions," a direct marketing firm that did business with fortune 500 companies like Costco, Apple, and AT&T. It was sales & marketing at its truest form. We would set up a booth in the electronic section, then would ask everyone who walked by, "Hey! how are you doing? Quick question, Who do you have for your cell phone service?" Our objective was simple, get as many people as you can back to the booth. I approached this new job like sports, have discipline, consistency, drive, persistence, and curiosity. I practiced in the mirror for one hour after training each day, wrote out a script, and memorized what to say in every interaction.

My first day came around, and my mentor challenged me to talk to more people than him. Next thing you know, it was gametime. My first day, I took 100+ no's, had 15 presentations, and one person said yes. Even though I didn't do most of the explaining during the transaction (my trainer did), we closed a sale and it was a satisfying experience that I hadn't felt since playing ball for the first time.

Everything took off from there, and by continuously using the same formula, I became a sales professional.

My team had the most sales in the nation for Target wireless sales in Q2 of 2021.

I made the national highrollers list multiple times and was amongst the nations best for  Costco/Target sales.

I was a March madness finalist in sales for Q2 in 2021.

I had a 98% customer satisfaction rating and had the fewest cancellations throughout my district, but the most important accolade that I will forever cherish is my ability to talk and meet new people. I fell in love with the people's business. After selling telecommunication services for 4 years, helping people save money, meeting extraordinary people, and having great conversations. I've realized that I wanted to take these new skills a step further and do this on another level on my own terms.  And that's how I became introduced to real estate.

I have decided to start helping people fulfill one of the most life changing moments in their life, buying and selling their homes. I am going to make real estate simple for those of you that are starting on your real estate journey for the first time.

Why? My ability to sell taught me how to explain things clearly so you as the consumer can understand exactly what you are getting yourself into, sales 101. If you are not confident in what you are getting from selling your home, you will more than likely not want to sell and move to a location that better fits your needs. That's where I come in. I will give you the data, and information necessary to help you reach your goal. No need to do the research on your own, ask me. It is my job as an agent, the sales professional.

Whether buying or selling a home, I will do whatever it takes to get you the best deal possible. When buying a home, you want to make sure that you are buying a home that fits your needs. When selling a home, you want to make sure that you are maximizing the potential profit you can make. I will get this done by using important sales fundamentals, understanding your product, and understanding the needs from your client.

I will better understand the product by getting to know my client and the type of real estate that I am dealing with. Once I get to know you and I understand your needs, then it will be my duty to meet your needs by providing you with what you want. If I do not provide you with what you want, then I have failed my mission. My mission is to get you what you want and to help you fulfill your real estate dreams.

My experience with sales, marketing, sports and management has equipped me to be the agent you need to assist you with buying or selling your property.

My ultimate goal is to invest in myself and master my skill set, so I can invest in you, the client! The more you know, the more you grow. The more you grow, the more you give.

Best,

Demyon
